With the weather being as it is, I would normally look at this extension and think that, as nice as it is, it would be soooooo cold. But given that this is Holland Park, I assume it has super underfloor heating and an owner who can afford to keep it toasty. I do quite like this house, but I think I prefer the traditional stucco mansions. This just seems to be lacking oomph. But the "LICK" signage is fab.
